Q. What is the best way to apply for a position?
A. The best and fastest way to ensure your application is reviewed by the appropriate Hiring Manager is to apply online. Please forward a copy of your resume to jobs@dentistico.com with a cover letter stating which location you would prefer to work at and what position you are best suited for.
Q. How do I know my application was received?
A. You will receive email confirmation for each job you apply for.
Q. Are search firm and agency submissions accepted?
A. No.
Q. How long will you keep my resume on file?
A. We will keep your resume on file for one year, after which we invite you to resubmit your information for future consideration.
Q. How do I apply to work at Dentistico?
A. To apply for one of our jobs please use the search and apply on our site. Alternatively you can also mail your resume at jobs@dentistico.com.
Q. Can you advise me on how best to write my CV?

Q. What is the interview process like?
A. Once we determine a match with an open position, you'll be contacted by one of the recruitment team to arrange a telephone interview, prior to attending a more formal interview with the line manager.
Q. How often is the website updated?
A. The vacancies we have on our site remain there until a candidate has been successful at interview. New positions are added when required.
Q. What should I wear to my interview?
A. We would suggest smart formal dress.
Q. Can I submit my application if I can't find any jobs of interest?
A. Yes, you can upload your CV and Cover letter and also register for email alerts according to your job preferences (Please specify career Area and Location)
Q. Do all applications have to submit online?
A. Yes, all of our job applications should be made online.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me to the interview?
A. You will be advised of what you'll need to bring on the day, but generally we ask all candidates to bring their passport (or birth certificate if you don't have a passport) and your Educational certificates & Experience testimonials.
Q. Does DENTISTICO provide internships or externships?
A. Yes, internships and externships may be available on a case-by-case basis:
Internships / externships are currently enrolled in a related training or educational program from an accredited educational institution.
Q. Do you compensate/assist for relocation?
A. Relocation assistance is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Candidates interested in a DENTISTICO opportunity may apply through this website. Begin the application process by first creating your candidate profile. From there, you may begin applying to individual jobs directly. Our hiring managers have direct access to candidate profiles in our applicant mail tracking system so they can quickly review your credentials. You'll receive email confirmations when your profile has been successfully created and when applying to a particular position.

Preliminary Screening
Our hiring managers will review individual resumes to ensure they match the education and skill requirements of open positions.

Phone Screen
As part of the information-gathering process, a DENTISTICO representative may call you to ask for additional information, such as depth of technical and professional knowledge, salary expectations, availability for interviews, interest in relocation, and other pertinent information.

On-site Interview
Qualified candidates will be invited to one of our DENTISTICO office locations to complete a more in-depth interview with one or more of our hiring managers.
The goal of the on-site interview is twofold:
It provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the position and the DENTISTICO work environment, and it helps the hiring manager better understand your ability to manage job duties and responsibilities.
For Dentists and other professional positions, travel may be required. As a convenience, we will have Dentistico’s travel team arrange for travel and accommodations as necessary.
